The location is fantastic, really close to Old Town attractions and restaurants. The layout is confusing, and navigating the property took time. The on-site restaurant offers decent food, but we found the breakfast coupons a bit limiting. Getting to the golf course nearby was easy. The noise from adjacent rooms was bothersome at night.

The location is a dream! I loved being just a block away from all my favorite spots. The pool area was perfect for soaking up the sun after a day of exploring, and my room was so spacious and comfy that I felt right at home.

Perfect location in Old Town. Steps away from restaurants and shops. The atmosphere is inviting, complemented by friendly staff. Multiple buildings on varying levels, with elevators available. Rooms are spacious with effective shutters for privacy, though some updating is needed. cleanliness was a concern; surfaces felt dirty, and certain areas were missed during cleaning. Noisy neighbors and maintenance issues disrupted our stay. the reception struggled to locate our reservation, causing a delay. Despite these setbacks, the charm of the hotel and its amenities shine through. Staff like Paris and Randy made an effort to enhance our experience. Room for improvement exists, yet the potential is evident.

comfortable beds, clean rooms with a lovely balcony view of the city overlooking the pool area which made our stay enjoyable despite a little noise from swimmers.

The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from all the magic of Old Town. We had the most breathtaking view from our room, catching Sea World's fireworks every night. Strolling around in the morning, we could admire all of San Diego. Oh, and don't miss out on the Tequila Factory restaurant , scrumptious food, delightful drinks, and top, notch service to boot!
The rooms could use a little facelift; they felt worn, out and a bit creaky.

Loved being in the heart of Old Town with all my favorite spots just a block away. Saw Sea World's fireworks every night and enjoyed the stunning view of San Diego in the mornings. The Tequila Factory restaurant served delicious food and had a friendly staff that made dining a great experience.
Sofa bed was uncomfortable and noisy, resulting in poor sleep for my son. Had to switch rooms multiple times due to lock issues, though staff responded promptly.

we stayed at Best Western in the Old Town area and were pleasantly surprised. the staff were friendly and helpful, swiftly handling a late-night disturbance. the location is ideal for exploring the Old Town and accessing transportation. the rooms are spacious and clean, with some offering ocean views.

We hit up all the trendy places nearby and even did some ghost hunting at the Whaley house late at night. The vibes were so right for us, and the grounds were hella chill.
Wish there was a happening pool party scene to keep the fun going for us party animals! .

I also appreciated the comfortable queen size bed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The full-size bathroom was beautifully tiled and had all the necessary amenities, including free toiletries. The check-in process was a bit of a hassle due to wrong directions to the room, leading to unnecessary delays. The pull-out bed in the room was broken and makeshift fixed with a zip tie, which was disappointing.
